Jurisdiction

This Agreement between the Enquirer-Herald and its users will be governed and interpreted under the laws of the state of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any action brought inconnection with this Agreement shall be filed within one year of the date of the alleged injury, regardless of any statute of limitations, and filed in the Court of Common Pleas, State of South Carolina, County of York orU.S. District Court for the State of South Carolina, 4th Judicial District.
