(Published May 14, 2008) York may never have its own Baxter Village, but Olde York Square is a step in the right direction.York City Council unanimously approved the mixed-use development, which calls for 75 residential units, three banks, a coffee shop, restaurants, medical facilities and a drug store. The project also includes a park, playground and a mile-long walking trail.
