Wedding Guide

Your wedding is a momentous event

Along with the write-up of the wedding, the Enquirer-Herald is pleased to publish a picture of the bride - and the bridegroom, too, if you wish. Preferably the picture should be a good quality black and white print. The picture will be most suitable if it show the bride, or the couple, from the waist up. Color photos may be used if there is a strong contrast between the subjects of the photo and the background. Most tinted or Polaroid pictures are not acceptable.

In order to publish your wedding as soon as possible after the ceremony, we ask that you submit pictures and information AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO THE PUBLICATION DATE. Wedding announcements will be published with a photo up to three months after the wedding. Announcements received up to six months after the wedding will be published without a photo. No announcements will be published longer than six months after the wedding.

We only publish information listed on the form. Honorary attendants who do not participate in the ceremony will not be listed. Please double check the information before submitting it as we are unable to accept information or changes by telephone.

Pictures accompanied by a stamped, self addressed envelope will be returned. Other pictures may be picked up at the Enquirer-Herald.

Forms can be picked up at the Enquirer-Herald, or you can print a form by clicking below.
