Soup kitchen

Grace and Mercy Kitchen Ministry will have a soup kitchen from noon to 1:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays in May at Wesley United Methodist Church, 110 W. Jefferson St., York. Volunteers are needed. For details, call Bunny Wells at (803) 628-1660.

Hot dog sale

Clover Wesleyan Men will be selling hot dogs Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The church is located at the corner of S. Main and Parkview streets, Clover. For details, call 222-7069.

Open house/ pre-school registration

The First United Methodist Church Preschool of Clover is having an open house and pre-school registration from 5 to 7 tonight at the school, 124 Bethel St., Clover. The school is currently enrolling 4-year-olds and students who will be aged 3 before Sept. 1. Summer camp enrollment applications and resumes for teaching positions are also being accepted. Gospel sing

Good ministry

Church of the Good Shepherd in York is sponsoring Angel Food Ministries. Through this monthly program, people can pay $30 and receive a box of fresh and frozen food, enough to help feed a family of four for a week, or a senior citizen for almost a month. The menu is different every month and has an average retail value of $50-$75.

Parent's Night

Divorce care classes
